Inspiring the Future: New Junior Officers Sworn In

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Our Lady of Knock Division 7 in East Islip celebrated a milestone for its youth by swearing in a new slate of Junior Division officers. This installation ceremony represents more than just a change in leadership; it is a powerful testament to our commitment to "Friendship, Unity, and Christian Charity" passed down to the next generation. These young men have stepped forward to lead their peers, pledging to uphold our Irish-American Catholic traditions through community service and brotherhood. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and look forward to the innovation and energy they will bring to Suffolk County in the coming year.

We are proud to introduce the new leadership team for the division: Sullivan Griffin (President), Jake Conlon (Vice President), Liam Breakstone (Recording Secretary), James Martino (Financial Secretary), Declan Geraghty (Treasurer), Daniel Geraghty (Marshal), and Mason McKinnon (Sentinel).

Sponsored by Dr. Mascolo, a dentist from East Northport, the event was a moving tribute to those who have served and sacrificed for our communities. The Juniors helped set up the gym, serve dinner, and clean up at the end of the night—while also enjoying the privilege of engaging with our nation’s heroes. Their efforts made the evening a true success and demonstrated the pride we have in our Irish-American Catholic tradition.
