Honoring Our Suffolk County Veterans

Here in Suffolk County, from our western borders all the way out to the communities of the East End, the Ancient Order of Hibernians is deeply committed to supporting the brave individuals who have worn the uniform of the United States Armed Forces. The newly resurrected Veterans Affairs Committee stands as a testament to our enduring Irish Catholic values of loyalty, charity, and fraternity. We recognize that our veterans have made profound sacrifices to protect the freedoms we hold dear, and it is our duty to ensure they find the fellowship, advocacy, and respect they deserve right here at home.

Led by Chairman Ed O'Brien, our committee works to connect local veterans with vital resources, guidance on VA benefits, and a strong network of brothers who share the unique bonds forged in military service. We coordinate closely with the national AOH mission to support active-duty personnel and veterans across our local divisions, focusing entirely on advocacy, assistance, and community. If you have served our country, or if you are looking to support those who have, we welcome you to get involved. For more information or assistance, please reach out to Ed O'Brien directly at Irishsmile4ever@aol.com .
